Morning Asana | Solar Practice: Awakening the Force of Transformation
We focus on the approach to practice that links us to and allows us to collect, expand, and develop our relationship to prana, or life force. Sun practices aim to increase vital force, subtle awareness, the elevation of consciousness and to unlock dormant capacities––to shine, both internally and externally. This unique approach to practice leads to you to unlock the subtle forces that path the way to the final stages and highest goals of practice.
