Cyndi will lead you through two hours of mindful walking meditation, done fast, slow and medium paced. We will gradually integrate our walking actions and rhythm with familiar asana shapes.  Standing poses, floor work, simple backbends, working on our hands, upside down and (weather permitting) all the way outdoors. Find out what yoga feels like when it grows from a practice of arriving in every step.

Cyndi Lee is the founder of OM yoga and the author of Yoga Body, Buddha Mind and May I Be Happy: A Memoir of Love, Yoga, and Changing My Mind. A practitioner of both hatha yoga and Tibetan Buddhism, she has been a columnist for Yoga Journal and Shambhala Sun for many years.
