By engaging in just one activity at a time, yoga and Buddhist practices teach us how to be fully present. However, our body tells us that it gets strong, clear, and nimble when we alternate our activity on a regular basis. This class will integrate single-tasking with our innate need for variety by toggling between strong movement, stillness, upside down play, quiet self-adjustments, fun, bright sequences — and some surprises, too!

Cyndi Lee is the founder of OM yoga and the author of Yoga Body, Buddha Mind and May I Be Happy: A Memoir of Love, Yoga, and Changing My Mind. A practitioner of both hatha yoga and Tibetan Buddhism, she has been a columnist for Yoga Journal and Shambhala Sun for many years.
