Mindfulness of Body is an integrated mind-breath-body training practice which teaches us how to fall back into the simplicity of each moment.  Cyndi will unfold the traditional layers of this powerful Buddhist practice through mini-talks on Sati or Mindfulness, Establishing Presence of Mind, Contemplating Externally, Impermanence, and Insight.  We will embody each layer through breath, posture, long holds, creative sequencing and three variations of savasana, allowing our awareness to strengthen with every step.

Cyndi Lee

Cyndi Lee is the founder of OM yoga and the author of Yoga Body, Buddha Mind and May I Be Happy: A Memoir of Love, Yoga, and Changing My Mind. A practitioner of both hatha yoga and Tibetan Buddhism, she has been a columnist for Yoga Journal and Shambhala Sun for many years.
